You will be responsible for a lot
- Recruitment of RPG developers, BA’s, .NET developers, sales and marketing roles
- Contracting: handling our employees’ and individual vendors’ contracts
- Onboarding: coordinating new joiners’ onboarding process
- Growing talent: coordinating training and training material preparation
- Performance: Working out and running our performance evaluation system
- Development: Continuously developing HR processes and the firm
- Solving ad-hoc HR related issues
You are the superwoman or man if you …
- Have at least 3 years experience in HR
- Have worked as Recruiter – even better if in Information Technology
- Are experienced in relevant areas of HR – or good at solving problems you have not met before
- Speak and write English fluently – we have colleagues from around the world
- Are able to work independently
- Have organization development practice and experience at an IT company are not necessary – but can come in handy.
- Are up-to-date on the most recent HR, psychology, organization development topics
- Can stand the pressure of working with highly intelligent people for tough objectives
